With over 30 years of elementary school teaching experience and extensive training in mindfulness, yoga, and sound healing, Elizabeth brings a warm, informed approach to helping students, children and families discover strategies for finding ease. Through mindfulness practices, she teaches groups of children or families how to slow down, relax, and be fully present with one another. Research shows that regular mindfulness practices, including yoga and sound healing, help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve focus—benefits that become especially meaningful when shared as a family or community. Elizabeth offers her expertise through school group sessions, yoga studio workshops, and private family instruction, creating personalized approaches to bring more calm and connection into daily life.
