For Educators & Universities.
With over 30 years of experience as an elementary school teacher in public and private schools, and having taught courses at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, Elizabeth is uniquely qualified to help educators bring mindfulness into their classrooms. Mindfulness offers a range of science-backed benefits for students: it enhances focus and attention, supports emotional regulation, and helps students respond more calmly to stress. Research shows that regular mindfulness practice lowers anxiety, increases self-awareness, and strengthens social-emotional skills like empathy and kindness. These benefits lead to stronger peer relationships, improved academic performance, and greater resilience—equipping students with tools to navigate challenges both in and out of school. Elizabeth is available for one-time workshops or ongoing professional development sessions.
