Three Queens Yoga welcomes Yoga Child, Philadelphia’s first Registered Children’s Yoga School. Join us and gain the skills and confidence to teach yoga and mindfulness to preschool and elementary children. Led by Elizabeth Zack and special guest teachers, this 95+ hour training will guide you through the award-winning Yoga Child Eight-Part Path, helping you discover the joy of teaching in a developmentally appropriate way. You’ll learn how to engage young minds through yoga games, meditations, crafts, and literature, and develop your own creative lesson plans. 
This comprehensive program not only equips you to teach yoga in schools, studios, and homes but also emphasizes the importance of mindfulness as a tool for emotional regulation and behavioral management. With hands-on experience, class observation, and expert guidance, you’ll emerge confident in your ability to inspire children with the lifelong benefits of yoga and mindfulness.
